About

Conner is a Managing Director at LFM Capital and is focused on transaction review and execution as well as portfolio company strategy, monitoring, and support. He brings to the Firm more than ten years of private equity, banking and investment management experience, involvement in more than 20 transactions and operational experience as an engineer.

Background

Prior to LFM, Conner was a Vice President at The Riverside Company, working out of the firm’s Dallas office. While at Riverside, Conner served on multiple boards, led execution efforts for potential investments across multiple industries, and worked with portfolio companies to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Prior to Riverside, Conner held roles as a Vice President at BDCA, a Senior Associate in Riverside’s New York office, and an Analyst at BlackArch Partners. Conner began his career working on the design of nuclear power plants as a Mechanical Engineer at Westinghouse Nuclear.

Conner holds a BS, magna cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Outside of work, Conner enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his two boys (Banks and Mac) and family dog (Beau). He enjoys being outdoors, heading to the NC mountains or coast and finding a good excuse to spend time with friends on the golf course.
