About

Jason is the Portfolio CFO at LFM Capital, where he focuses on working with LFM’s portfolio companies on executing financial initiatives.  Jason also works with LFM and portfolio company management teams to assist in the onboarding process, professional development, and developing long-term solutions to ensure efficient, effective and independent financial reporting and accounting practices within each portfolio company.

Background

Prior to LFM, Jason was CFO at UniSyn Precision Components, a private equity backed federation of CNC manufacturing companies.  Prior to UniSyn, Jason spent over 25 years as a CFO at multiple companies including Rhino Tool House, Holweg/Weber, Advanced Technology International, Milwaukee Gear Company, and Plymouth Foam Incorporated.  As CFO, Jason actively led these companies through their progression into professional development and changing investments. Jason has also consulted with several other companies on financial leadership, ERP system selection and deployment, organizational development, and professional management transitions within small and medium size businesses.  Coaching and mentoring financial teams have been a highlight throughout his career.

Jason holds an Executive MBA from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a BS in Accounting from University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Jason is originally from Wisconsin but now resides in Nashville. He has two grown sons, David and Max.  Outside of work, Jason loves spending time with his wife, Sarah, hiking, experiencing the local food and forth, and most of all traveling the world with Maui being a favorite.

Operating Partners and other portfolio company resources are employees of LFM Capital, but LFM Capital receives reimbursements from portfolio companies for the services provided by these individuals.
