About

Katie is a Business Development Associate at LFM Capital. She brings over 10 years of experience to LFM.

Background

Prior to LFM, Katie worked at STERIS Corporation in Sales Operations and Strategic Improvement where she focused on data analysis, organizational development, and project implementation. Prior to that role, she was the Training and Quality Specialist for STERIS’s Healthcare Customer Operations, where she created and maintained training programs and quality audits.

Katie received her BA from Marietta College, her MBA from Cleveland State University, and her Women in Leadership Certificate from Case Western Reserve University.

Katie “balances” work with teaching and practicing yoga. When she’s not on her mat or in her desk chair, Katie can be found spending time with her family, curled up with a good book, or rocking out to her record collection.
