Spotlight on Brian Yoder, LFM Operating Executive
In early November of last year, LFM announced that Brian Yoder has joined LFM as an Operating Executive. Brian will lead a new platform company focused on best-in-class fabrication, machining, and remanufacturing to offer complete lifecycle solutions to OEM customers.
The new platform company seeks to serve customers from the prototype stage through production and end-of-life with a focus on integrated digital technologies. Brian has extensive manufacturing and leadership experience and will work with LFM to seek acquisitions of leading fabrication, machining, and remanufacturing companies across North America, ultimately serving as CEO of the new platform.
Brian commented, "I am excited to work with LFM to build a customer-focused, best-in-class manufacturing company. We will prioritize customer needs by implementing the most impactful technologies that facilitate quality, efficiency, and transparency during the manufacturing process. This holistic approach will drive operational excellence and overall company growth.”
Brian spent the past six years at GE Aerospace, where he held various executive positions in operations, purchasing, and strategy for global machining and fabrication divisions. Prior to GE Aerospace, he spent over 13 years at Caterpillar in a variety of operational leadership roles and as purchasing executive for machining and fabrication suppliers globally. Prior to that, Brian spent five years in the automotive industry in several manufacturing leadership roles.
Steve Cook, Executive Managing Director at LFM Capital, commented, “We are thrilled to welcome Brian as an Operating Executive and we are confident in his ability to drive sustainable business value. The continued expansion of the LFM team and the creation of this new integrated platform advance LFM’s goal of being regarded as a partner of choice for both investors and business owners in the manufacturing sector.
