LFM Capital Announces Three Team Additions and Two Promotions

March 30, 2021 (Nashville, TN) -- LFM Capital, LLC (“LFM”), a Nashville-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce three new hires and two promotions to support the firm’s continued growth.

LFM has expanded with three new additions to the team: Richard Butler, Heather Rogers, and Alex Weinstein. Richard Butler and Heather Rogers have both joined as Portfolio CFOs and will be working with portfolio company management to assist in developing and enhancing processes and systems to support efficient and effective financial reporting and operational finance and accounting practices. Alex Weinstein has joined as an Associate focused on deal evaluation and execution and portfolio company monitoring and support.

Richard Butler was most recently President and CEO of EDSCO, a prior LFM portfolio company where he had previously also served as CFO and EVP. Richard previously spent over 23 years at AZZ, Inc., a publicly-traded company where he ultimately served as Chief Accounting Officer.

Heather Rogers has held CFO and senior finance roles for multiple companies including Subsite Electronics, Charles Machine Works, and Ahrberg Companies. In addition, Heather previously had a successful CPA practice and was a university-level accounting professor.

Alex Weinstein was most recently an Associate with the Zabel Companies, a Charlotte-based private investment firm. Previously, he began his career at Deloitte Corporate Finance.

In addition, LFM announced that Russ Aiken was promoted from Senior Associate to Vice President and Tucker Cowden was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate. Russ joined LFM in 2017 after roles at Barclays and PwC. Tucker joined LFM in 2018 after beginning his career at Jefferies.
