NASHVILLE, TN – January 11, 2024 – LFM Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market manufacturing and industrial services businesses, announced today that an affiliate of SteelPro, LLC (“SteelPro”) acquired the assets of Memphis-based CoBuilt, LLC (“CoBuilt”) and certain affiliated entities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
