ShopSabre Holdings Names Cody Petersen as Chief Executive Officer
NASHVILLE, TN – June 1, 2023 – ShopSabre Holding Company (“ShopSabre Holdings” or the “Company”), an LFM portfolio company that manufactures CNC routers and plasma tables, has named Cody Petersen as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. ShopSabre Holdings includes Numerically Automated Cutting Systems, d/b/a ShopSabre, an LFM portfolio company since April 2019, as well as the recent acquisition of Langmuir Systems (“Langmuir”). ShopSabre Founder and CEO Jim Bombardo and Langmuir Founder and CEO Michael Downs will continue in their current leadership roles, partnering with Cody to drive continued growth and collaboration between the two brands.

SureKap, LLC, an LFM portfolio company and manufacturer of automated packaging machinery used in a variety of industries, has named Mike May as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2022. Greg Raines, SureKap Founder and President, will become an Advisor to the company.
