

LFM Capital Announces Three Team Additions and Two Promotions
LFM Capital, LLC , a Nashville-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce three new hires and two promotions to support the firm’s continued growth: Richard Butler, Heather Rogers, and Alex Weinstein. Richard Butler and Heather Rogers have both joined as Portfolio CFOs and will be working with portfolio company management to assist in developing and enhancing processes and systems to support efficient and effective financial reporting and operational finance and accounting practices. Alex Weinstein has joined as an Associate focused on deal evaluation and execution and portfolio company monitoring and support.

ECKHART ADDS MIKE STOB AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Eckhart, an Industry 4.0 advanced manufacturing solutions provider and portfolio company of LFM Capital since June 2015, has named Michael (“Mike”) Stob as Chief Financial Officer. Mike most recently served as Corporate Controller at JR Automation Technologies, a leading designer and developer of custom automation equipment for a variety of industries.

LFM CAPITAL ADDS CONNER HARRIS TO THE TEAM
LFM Capital, a Nashville-based private equity firm, announced today that Conner Harris has joined the firm as a Director. Conner will be focused on transaction review and execution as well as portfolio company strategy, monitoring and support. He brings to the Fund more than nine years of private equity, banking and investment management experience where he was involved in more than 20 transactions.
